Re-stretching and repairs are probably the most profitable services we offer, considering the investment in equipment.
We go there in our pick up truck loaded with all the equipment, and usually average about $150 an hour. In Georgia.
Repairs and re-stretching require skills that most cleaners don't have.
We like it.

I refuse to stretch furnished rooms. I don't care how much it puts people out. If they want it stretched by me, it must be cleared of all furniture. I have zero tolerance. I've dealt with customers that say, "oh, well have everything out", then I show up and they only cleared half the room or moved everything to one side. I tell them to reschedule. A majority of my stretching work is vacants for property management. I usually turn down repairs and stretching for non commercial customers. It's just too much of a pain. You gotta dig around in their closet stuffed with years of crap and balled up dog hair just to get a ruminant. Then you tell the customer, "Have a closet totally cleared out so I can pull good carpet from it". I show up and its stuffed with old panties and shoes form the 1980's. Nope, I'm done with that crap. If it ain't vacant, it ain't for me.

Now ask me how I feel about Earth day.
Baconator withdrawls or menses?

I was looking at the Tri Force when it first appeared. What head do you have on it?
I think their vids had a cotton head vs. what we are used to. I looked tried to find out about a cotton head for my power stretcher head. and wow, quite a $$$ . no cotton head.

I could see that working way better than the cotton head but aren’t the feet pads also cotton head style? Mine would always slide and I was afraid of tearing carpet fibers
I don’t see that the Cotton head would work very well ,but never tried one either.
