Justin you're just a pup! If you decide to quit wrenching and start slinging a wand you don't even need a glide at that age. 😉

Hard pass. I attempted to clean carpet when I was younger and that is HARD WORK, so I went back to the easy stuff (fixing the machines). I grew up in the garage working on cars with my dad, so the mechanical stuff came easy to me.

Lisa and Greenie used to claim the hole glide was the most effective version at extraction. So I've only ever used the hole veriety. Now I'm in the appropriate age category for the holes.

The other day I got home after a 12 hour day all commercial and I got out of the van and noticed that I was hunched over for the first 10 ft of walking
All of a sudden I realized that my kids could see me and I fixed my posture lol

I went from 227 lbs to 175 lbs this year.
These pumpkins represent how much weight I lost .

I asked my older son why he didn't want to work with me, which he did do at one time as a helper.
He said, "You work too hard dad".
"But you're a bodybuilder and physical trainer!"- I responded.
"it's just different dad"- he retorted

It does use different muscles. We hired college football players at times and it killed the for a few days to a week but they eventually got used to it and would work the Summers for us.

It gets easier with time. Using a GreenGlides does make a world of difference too. Far less resistance allows you to clean for much longer before getting tired.

I always wished I had the patience to wrench. Once I bust my knuckles, I get frustrated and I lose all I interest. I give up and want someone with skills to fix it for me.
