Me, total body work out for about 30-60 minutes everyday. Big focus on the legs since they carry the load all day especially up and down stairs lugging hose, machines, in out of the van. Like to soon start a man yoga routine to help stay nimble.
Since committing to exercising daily, definitely feel the difference.

How bout you guys? Do you at the least try to squeeze in a few reps of pushups.

I've cycled and lifted weights, but being busy gave me an excuse to suspend these activities. Need to start doing these tasks a 4-5am when I wake up instead of going back to sleep.
I bought a barbell set here in Thailand. it's shocking how quickly you can lose your strength when you stop the training. I feel like I'm starting at zero again.

Went on a walk past few days. which impressed my wife and in-laws.

my wife picked me up about a mile short of achieving my goal, but will try again later.

I've tried over the years but it usually just caused me pain.
Found out recently I have a horrible immune system and repetition causes me a lot of pain.
I have always liked waking though. I think it helps my circulation. I pace the yard a lot in the evening it makes me feel better.
I've been taking steroids just over a week and they make me relaxed and I'm sleeping more. My mind has cleared up a lot too.

Went rollerskating back in April and as the muscled in my legs got used I could feel my brain firing. It was a real weird sensation but made me realize how exercise helps our mind too.

Working out is for fags.

Life's adventures will keep you at the proper fitness level.

Jim Fix and his kind drop dead all the time
As I’ve said before, my brother was a gymaholic. In fact, he worked out the day he went to Heaven. I actually jested all the time how that would kill him one day. He was 56.

The hardest part is starting. Once you determine to start, ain’t no stopping. And when your mind say don’t feel like it, ignore your thoughts and do it.

Go skating more often. Add a 5 lb dumbbell to your walking. I believe if you continue in small increments, your body will surprise you. Ke y is determination. wishing you wellness.

All of you morons are going to die. Some of you will die before you get old and your health declines. You’ll never know old age. Others will suffer poor health before you hit your golden years and suffer for decades before dying. You’ll get to endure the dumbass comments made by this next group.

This next group are those who are blessed with good health. Don’t realize it’s a gift and take credit for creating it themselves by exercise and other life hacks.

The truth is, you’re all going to suffer poor health at some point.
There’s nothing you can do to prevent it.
