I had a customer call from a referral, kid got sick and her carpet cleaner who just cleaned her whole house
didn't want to come back.I told her my min. charge is 125.00 she said I could clean a 8x10 area rug and a small
13x11 kids room. I started to talk to her and she said she had the whole house ( 4 Bed hall stairs fr,dr.) for 150.00
She was all excited at the price, however it took the guy 7 hrs.I educated her on the proper way to clean carpet.
She thought he did a great job until I pointed out a few things. The kids room which was cleaned two weeks before
was bright white when I finished. I showed her how dinghy her stairs were. The guy used a tm,but come on 7 hrs?
She found him in book of local business so she gave him a try.I think I have a new customer for next time.
Lesson for her, you get what you pay for.....
