I almost walked on a job and said F this chit......

Lady calls, said she got my name from another cleaner (who i have talked to, and we are good).... He couldnt get to it, and they needed it done asap, they are turning keys over tomorrow.....sure no problem, just doing some paper work...


So i ask (needless to say the damn vac is on the truck after this) if its been vacuumed....yes the cleaning Lady who they hired to clean it, has vac...ok good.....
Then i tell her my price per room, and I hear her tell her husband the lower price of the range i gave her??? WTF really....

uh-huh

Good thing she didnt argue with me, when i told her the higher price. because they had an attached dining area.....this place was nasty.....and if the cleaning lady vac'd, then i am a sexy model

oh see the few vac marks... must have been clogged

I had my twins do a job just like that today.


Lady greeted them as the pull into the parking lot with a " I got to tell you, I've never seen two white boys doing this kind of work before.."


gave them a $100 tip on top of a $500 job.

I know just what you went through. I've had customers tell me they just vacuumed. HA!
Must have been using a Sanitaire for all the dirt they removed.
