I was using our other 10 inch CRB last night on a tile and grout job....it didn't have the extension....
Mine has the extension in my van....
BOY....it was really weird feeling and harder to use without that extension...I didn't think I would notice that much of a difference....
It is way more comfortable and easier to operate with the 9 inch extension....
Now I better check my van and make sure the boys didn't get it!

When you don’t do something for a few years, doubt can visit. I wanted to get back into the Carpet Cleaning Business but a lot had changed…including the face in the mirror. Doubt.
I did my due diligence, which included a year on the board, but the final decision would be made at Mikey Fest.
At the Ronald McDonald House I was able to help others with upholstery cleaning…Oh, good…I can still do this. Used Chandlers new Dev Pro wand and I didn’t want to give it back…can still do this. Then the Classes and presentations-
Not for the faint of heart. A slide in the Jim Bardwell presentation, but to me it was a clarifying moment. The people in that picture are my Customers. I’ve been in their homes a thousand times. Look, I can’t get any younger but I am not faint of heart. I no longer doubted.
