In another note howvmany of you have been asked if you belonged to a franchise?

Or told that you should create one because your wrap is good and YOU kick ass?
Also do get a lot of other cleaners in the State indicating I should franchise and they would join... Kind of have my hands full right now...

And doing a franchise is a whole new management animal

I get some comments like that. It feels pretty good.

My boy Jim Barfield commented on our logo in Nashville, saying how great he thought it was. He said his wife might choose us on image alone.

It would be fun to be on the operations end of putting a young franchise together!

He was and maybe still is a big guy on one of the other forums about truckmounts. He seems to have his stuff together and put out some pretty nice adverts. I am guessing that he is exmilitary so the army aspect would have resonated with him and many of his clients.

Our single job average is higher than your weekley was so I think Ill over look your stellar advice.

But hey, if you ever want to tour the nation with "Bob Vawter's Stratogies To Bankruptcy" seminars, Ill talk to Modernistic to see about setting up a few chairs and a dry erase board in their bath room for you.

If you look at the fact that women make or influence most cleaning related decisions, both in residential as well as commercial/institutional, I don't think that the hyper masculine approach shown here will form a lasting impression on the market place.
But most potential franchisees are male. The image will appeal to them.

Great topic.

At this point, you can't stop the infiltration of "the new guy in town".

Therefore, I see this as a great opportunity for the One Owner operator as a sales tool opportunity. Franchises normally want to grow big and expand. This means employing more people and this starts the crucial "variables". The Owner Operator (normally) will always do a much better job and offer much better information and results because they control the wand, and not some secretary polishing her nails back at the home office. Every situation is sometimes different and the owner operator realizes this and takes it to heart. Franchises are scripted.

The list goes on and so does the sales advantages for the little guy.

Best to all

That was fast. One viral video a couple weeks ago and boom...he's selling franchises. Dirt Army tools and hoses in Master's Touch green, camo t shirts and shorts, a nice van wrap, re-branded chems... ? Not sure what you are buying here. Doesn't seem very serious if the way you get information is by email. Jumped the gun IMO.
