Give me some quick basic ideas how to scrape out vomit from leather.

My little bud threw up all over my wife's 535... black leather mainly.

What should I use to remove some of the dried stuff? I don't believe I have anything leather specific.
Just water misted on would be ok?

I'd get a new one...and replace the car too!

Nitrile gloves. Diluted antimicrobial in squirt bottle, terry towels.

Nitrile gloves! Spray rtu solution and wipe. Once done try the same thing on the car!

Looove kids...love them broiled!

Update: I found a set of this in my garage. I'm thinking to just go through the steps. Clean, protect, revitalize.

I use that kit all the time and refill my products. Just did 2 black leather sofas for $500.00 Just scrape the puke off first. I usually prep the leather by wiping with a damp cloth and neutral cleaner to get rid of surface dirt.

wet the dry stuff and wipe with cloths or paper towels. a steam vapor machine works really good on leather. cleans it and opens pores for conditioner.

I ended up dry brushing it with a tamping brush and then wet it with the cleaner that was in the bucket. Followed that up with the other two steps... Looks good.

We'll see about the fabrics in there. They really had a stench. Forsythe's deodorizer is at work as we speak.
Hopefully it will do its job...

Speaking of which, my gf spilt her coffee on the passenger seat... It's a infinity g35 and has the perforated leather seats.. The seat just soaked it up.. I blotted what I could but fook it, it's not my car.... I paid for it but she drives it..

Nate, the coffee can be removed from the seat cushion with sufficient suction and a very narrow straw.

Meguiar's Gold class leather cleaner and conditioner. Don't waste your money on that expensive kit. Just do protected leather and meguiars.

Really can't beat the price of something you find in the garage.

Megs uses petroleum grease, not as bad as the typical silicone used in the cheap stuff, but Lexol would be better if you want to save money on a leather conditioner.

LoL... I did have it already in the garage. If I recall correctly (and I'm pretty much NEVER WRONG!!) I won that bucket here in a raffle...so it didn't cost much either way.

I remember using it on one couch but kind of gave up on the leather cleaning idea...

Bottles are half full (or half empty)..... I'd say come and get it but I'm also guessing the car will start getting some of it...now that I'm a leather pro. no.



Yes I know the bottles are always full! Halfway up with product and the rest with oxygen and other gaseous substances.
