AMP and Steamway

Is AMP TM's and Steamway the same company? I noticed that AMP has a Powermatic-looking model, and a Master-Matic looking TM, and Steamway has still has the Master-Matic looking machine.

Are they co-companys??

I have heard steamway no longer manufactures truckmounts ,chemicals only
AMP manuf. is ran by ex steamway employes and the machines are the same.
