Booked our first job for NV today.

I didn't really even want to start yet but they found me regardless.

800 ft empty for $280 so I can't complain.

Van ain't even pink yet

And to be honest, I'm not even sure the 370 actually works...lol

I got guys around here that will do studios for $35. I told the property management place the only way I could even come close to that price was if they had 10 of them for me to do at once.

Very smart - as more and more of the baby boomers are dying you're going to be stuck with a generation that is glued to their phone and/or tablet. I've found that we've created a society of socially awkward introverts that if they can use their phone to find out what they want, they're going to buy from you. If you can create a consistent product they'll keep calling you again and again because introverts typically don't like changes and they like consistency. The logo is smart from an internet marketing standpoint as well. Hope you do well Mike!

Side note - all of the above is good reason to consider having some sort of online scheduling system. Most of the above mentioned hate talking on the phone. Hell, you can even order pizza from Dominos now by sending them a pizza emoji via text. In 5-10 years it'll be even more routine for people to want to schedule online.
