Ron, out of curiosity.... how often are these people having you back to maintain the floor once you've restored and sealed it like you commonly do ? Once a year, 3 years ?

What do you do for maintenance on a sealed floor ? Quick scrub, clean and recoat, or do you have to strip it all the way back down ? I imagine it would depend on how abused the floor is, correct ?

In some of my high voulme gallerys about every 18 months cold rise with the turbo and 2 coats of finish. This is after the inital 7 coats.. Maintance is very easy. Warm water netural cleaner and conditioner... In a home it is years before a light scrub and re coat...

This was another floor with platinum floor finish from ultra chem labs...
