Have heard that Yaser Amireh, out of Fresno, is in the hospital after suffering a heart attack. I believe he might have had one of the first Winterfest's in Fresno back in early 2000's. Best wishes and a speedy recovery to Yaser.

If I'm not mistaken, we talked with some ICS members from Australia from his shop by phone (remember that old technology??) Was it Eric Stewart? Yaser also took us to the Table Top Mountain casino for a buffet dinner (man, there was some food there!), then a $10 chip to gamble with. When we tried to drive home after 10:00, the friggin' fog was so thick, you had to follow the front cars tailights. It took about 3 hours to find our way home. Vision was about 20 feet.

I seen that on FB. A lot of the posts are written in Arabic, I assume......not sure. Sometimes there is even a translation tab to see what it says. He is doing well, all things considered.
