I really don't give a squat one way or another..

but HWE never was "steam" cleaning.
Someone may have called it that and the name stuck,
but anyone who's actually "steam cleaned" something before,
knows HWE ain't..

When the LMCCA members were at the CRI headquarters for a meeting this past fall, Carey referenced a CIRI study that they had commissioned, and he made it clear to all in attendance that he felt encapsulation was unacceptable.

At the June meeting? I'll back you up, Rick.

I saw the presentation at that meeting, and I've also seen it elsewhere. Not quite the same animal.

Was that meeting in June? Well isn't June in the Fall? What part of the country are you from anyway? LOL

Shows that the gray on my head has extended all the way down into my gray matter. And now it's all gray.
