Hold the knob in the pilot position
press igniter button (square one) until it lights
release the knob





;)



some other issues like faulty gas control unit mentioned in comments

yeah...that is what all those other people said.........and I know how you like to skip steps ;)

but the comments on vids like that are much more likely to lead you to a solution than asking here

Take the red and white wire and attach a meter to it.
It needs to read at least 350 milivolts while you have the pilot button depressed and lit.
If not the thermopile is bad.
In a pinch I have removed them and polished them with sandpaper to transfer more heat.

There may also be a reset able thermal switch down by the sealed burner
