I only talk to a few neighbors and that's how I like it... I've had a shop the last 15 years since I bought my first Vortex. Most probably don't know I clean carpet.

Is it OK to sell someone on the benefits of RE, then switch to wand cleaning when they aren't looking and raise the price? You can take the cleaner out of Coit, but you can't take the Coit out of the cleaner! Upscale B&S.

I dont "sell" them on any method Rob.
I do what ever it takes to clean the carpet.
I charge the same rate regardless of efforts needed.

Only drive times and set up headaches effect the price.


Residentially speaking.


As future visits take less time I recoup the slight profits lost in the first visit.
