new assist handle does not flex like the original did

Welded the tubes to the base manifold to stop them from spinning.

Now the only issues I have is the thin metal glide is not stair bull nose friendly neither is the jet placement.

The reason I like the new Bentley wand handle is . . .

the taller grip position.

This gives you more leverage on the head and more comfortable stance.

Four mounting bolts for more stability.

Sorry If that is not what you expected. It's not metal but glass filled nylon. Carbon fiber would cost a lot more than $20.00. You free to return it if you want.

isn't that the original Bentley handle....not the "upgraded" one shown in Mikey's post? The one Jim actually inquired about..............

Sorry they sent you an old one. I'll get the new one out Tuesday. When I looked at your picture I thought it was yours but it was Mikes. Fooled me.

The major downward weight on a wand is from the hoses and the water in them. The handle is merly a fulcrum or pivot point. (This is how you find the proper placement for the handle.) That weight difference of a lighter handle helps. But, It is insignificant V/S the weight of the hoses.

Don't ship the old one back. Give it to some one who may deserve it. Let's say maybe Jimmy or the Pig Man.

Jim,

Does the packing list that came with that say "New Style Poly Grip" on it somewhere? Let me know. It will help me track down where the mistake happened. I'll get you squared away first thing in the morning.
