Wow.. That one looks like it would be good for another 5 years easy.
Why not just keep it and hire a helper for some of the jobs and knock them out quickly with two Cimex running.

just the missus and i. for CGD she vac's & i Cimex. there's not even close to enough work for employees.

i am going to try and buy a new one every few years to keep'em looking their best.
