We clean a ton of apartments and currantly use rotovacs (and are happy with them) but are looking at trying out the Brush Pro 17 or 20 inch model and wanted to get some feedback on well they work. We prescrub a ton of our apartments and are wondering if this may be a better route to go. Any feedback will help. Thanks.

I bought a used 20" about 2 yrs. Works like a champ. Have white and black brushes. You probably need something in between for you are doing....they do dig out a lot of crap in the carpet. You will have to suck it with a vac hose prior to cleaning - sometimes is a PITA

Same as the GLS. They work great and would give better production rates for a 2 man crew.
