This time next year i hope to be singing a different tune..

No lease payment on truck 6 mth
no durango payment 2 mth

refi from 7 1/8 and 10 down to one at 5

time to start chunking on some CC now

We all dont have wifes who work out side the home to make up for MR self employeed

DON haveta make up some excuse why yor running a portable....or some lawn mower engine that shakes itsef ta death in TWO YEARS

Dont exaggerate, mine has nearly 7 years and almost 5k hours on it. If and when it does die 2k dollars and 20 minutes to replace.
