The shop I'm leasing is getting sold so I'm planning on being out in 2 years. Went to the township yesterday to start planning a building on our property. That or we might buy a lot to build on because I'm thinking of the property tax increase after retirement. It would be nice to be able to sell the other property when I'm done. I've got a little time to decide.
