Business Uniform

Hey Guys I have been doing a business review over the last 2 months and locking down a few things for the future of the company.
I wanted to know what you guys are doing for uniforms? Perhaps I could up my game a little.
Currently my uniform is a polo shirt with my company logo on it. Then in the winter I wear cargo pants and cargo shorts in the summer. Shoes or work boots depending on the day and weather.

Golf Polos, with and with out logos really doesn't matter unless you're a geek.

Work pants, Dickies, Osh Kosh type

Nice cargo shorts in the summer, not too many stupid pockets or dangly things.

So you don't think it's that important to wear a shirt with a company logo on it? That surprised me a bit. I always wear a logo-ed shirt just because. Maybe it isn't important.

I'm switching my crew over to Art Kelly's this spring.

They will look like they are going out for a night one the town. Nobody dresses better than Art to clean.

Polo shirts, khaki cargo shorts or pants, Carhartt winter coats, winter hat, or baseball cap. Everything above the waist gets a logo..

All of us wear khaki pants and blue shirts. Name tag. No hats inside, any piercings removed. No radios or ear buds, phone use on break only.
Basic courtesy to the customer to be clean, cheerful and tidy.

We get our uniforms from Cintas.
Kaki pants and shorts.
Dri fit polo with logo

We do up Lands end 2 part coats for winter. Fleece and shell.
I have a few dress shirts with Logo's
Guys all have matching tennis shoes & gortex Keen boots for water.

We provide all at no charge to employees. If I am making you wear it it is at my expenses. Including shoes.

Our uniform program for 6 guys costs about $300 a month

Cargo shorts with lots of pockets and a green polo with company name stitched. I wear crocs, easy on, easy off
I'm in South Florida and its pretty much standard here. You sweat just walking to the mail box. Hasn't held me back one bit.
