I never had "$1 million easy in revenue."

I must be barking up the wrong tree.

The power level and the pump.

The 3 toggle switches are right next to each other and really it's no big deal to have to hit all three.

I've seen 10,000 hours and more. And I have also seen it transferred into a new van.

We had 6,000 on one we sold and that guy ran it for another 15-years. If you maintain the van, it should last a long time.

Got one that the family owned (93 GMC and Butler)

250,000 miles on the van with all original motor and drive trane....

and over 11,000 hours on the Butler unit and van motor of course...

Equals about 613,000 miles on that original motor

Old family friend still using it to clean part time....

Can't tell you how much that little thing has made all our families

So yeah....I've ordered another Butler....

Wow. I had a prochem. PTO it was a nightmare. 4700hours and 74k on the van . Both heads were cracked and the bottom end was shot. I'm a little paranoid about a PTO now. My garage mount has given me 1200hours of trouble free hours. I don't like all of the heat in the van but knowing that I can fix it is nice. Helps me sleep at night.

In all fairness we will need to have this discussion again when you reach 4700 hours on the portymount.

So far, using pto's has been a great investment for me.
Have no idea if it would be for someone else.

When you buy a PTO unit, you buy from a company with a good PTO track record, unless you're actively looking for trouble (and or a close relationship with your mechanic). Pro Chem never had a good record with these units.

On the other hand, Butler, CDS (hydramaster) , Pro-1200 (used to be by white magic, now SS,) Cleanco- All have excellent track record. There must be a reason why both small o/o companies and large fleet operations like them.

Sapphire hasn't been in the PTO business all that long, and they changed the White Magic machine to the point to where it's not the same machine.

Only give them credit due.
