Butler System - best practice for training new employees

[Hydro Power]

We acquired an installed 2005 Butler system & an existing business.
The previous business was operated by a single operator.
The new business model utilizes several rotating employees.
Training has gone well & the business is off & running - but for long-term success I'm curious if anyone has input on Best Training Techniques / Knowledge Etc. for several new people operating the steam cleaning equipment & truck.

Show them how to put the brake on, then flip the three switches. If they are not capable of that doesn't mean they can't be carpet cleaners. Get them a portable, I hear they clean just as good!
