Each area took at least twice to get it all off, apply stripper, scrub with black pad, Nylagrit scrubbed again and edged, floor wand rinse, strip again with Oxy Blaster added to the stripper and rinsed with the Turbo,.Airpathed, missing grout filled and tomorrow we'll be back to Dry Treat it. Ugh.

I was wondering if you had to use a brush to get the wax out of the grout lines, or did the pad take care of it?

Did a church fellowship hall 3500sf took one man ME 4 days to get all the wax off. To say the guy doing it before me wasn't giving them what they thought was an under statement
I did get an annual contract with them am on my third year now. Make very good money off it plus they have me clean all their carpet once a year.

3M SPP pads would have stripped it without butyl. For us they have revolutionized stripping.

You would have to follow with the brushes for the crevices.

I learned that if you start at the door and clean/rinse as you go "into" the room, you end up with clean hoses.

Just make sure your shoes are clean of any chems before you start rinsing.
