Hello to All,
I'm facing with a problem where I have cleaned my client's carpet but it does not look if I have clean the carpet at all. Car[et type appears to be a Plush or Velvet carpet. I'm using ProsChoice Pro-MAX and O2 Plus to a heavily soiled carpet, but the carpet still looks pretty bad. It looks better after carpet is dry, but my customer is not happy at all.
One thing ProsChoice Technician recommended I do was to spray Urine Spot Remover to improve the look of the carpet. I have applied this to the carpet, and at this point I'm waiting the rest of today to check and see the result.
Does anybody have faced a similiar situation when cleaning residential carpet.
Thanks,
