There are some things to consider with this job:
Polypropylene carpet. Easily looks clean, but if you don't flush well and dry vac well you'll have soil wicking problems. Using a lot of water either with a wand or Zipper-type of tool can cause tiles to lift. Unless this has been specified for use around an outdoor pool or walkway, the product was chosen for the price point, that point being around $1 per square foot -
unless it was specified on purpose for outdoor use. More likely, a cheap tile gets a cheap installation, which means the job has a potential for problems when deep cleaned.
What's reasonable $ per ft. for HWE over 10k sq. ft. in a high cost-of-living areas?
You're looking to hit XXXX dollars per hour, so figure out what YOUR rate of cleaning will be and do the math to come up with a price per foot. If your chosen method gets you 500 feet per hour, and you want to gross $200 per hour, you're going to charge what? 40 cents per foot, or $4,000. If you can do 1,000 feet per hour you make the same money charging 20 cents, or $2,000 for the job. You have to really sell the quality of your service (and deliver) to justify the higher price for commercial work.
