Hey Joe,
Sorry I offended you with the "goofy" comment. I can be insensitive sometimes. I guess that style of invoice just wouldn't work for us. My clients and I like to see the price per area so we can know how to price future jobs which may not be identical.

Thanks for the idea of using cash as a closing tool.

Some guys think if you take cash, you are screwing the government. I take cash any time it is offered. I didn't use to offer a discount, but am more open to it now. Like all the other angels here, I claim every cent. *wink* *wink*
