Cedar City, Utah. Whos cleans here?

I may be headed over to Cedar City utah in about 6 months or so. I know in the past some of the apartment complexes have struggled finding good cleaners. Is there anyone working the area?

I am just wondering what I am up against if I head down there. I'm not a full time guy, just nights and weekends type of thing, and at the same time I dont want to kill someone elses business.

I dont think there is anyone on here in Cedar city. If you want to make some serious cash keep going west 1.5 hours past Cedar into Pioche, NV. I had an employee who lived there. WE would go and knock out 30 houses each spring at about .35 to .40 a foot. I've gotten to busy to do that anymore though.

I know a cleaner from another on-line community who works in the area. His foucs is one restoration but also does carpet cleaning. He has a higher dollar business model and does not clean many apartments.
