Did you try an acid wash to see if any of that was just bleach/soap residue from a stupid mopper?

No my next Prochem's restoration acid 50/50 and not even the slightest fizz or effect
Yes. Straight up for a test spot. Muriatic acid. But, if the 50/50 had no effect, probably a waste of time. May need a top of the line stripper with generous dwell.
PS. I would only personally experiment with muratic acid on a floor that is in dire straits. Because I know that you yelling at me through the screen.

Looks like they had something with two front legs sitting there. Whatever it was protected that area from whatever happened to the rest of the floor.

where they had rubber mats in the kitchen there's nowhere like this and the tiles look perfect wherever people were walking around the furniture in the dining room created this look

It may have penetrated and permanently discolored it, since ya did everything you could.

need to add an abrasive like lava to your cleaner, then mono with your brush.
