Charging for estimates?

I'll tell you, I wouldn't charge for giving my bid or estimates. Shoot around here they charge you to bid. If there is say 50,000 square ft to clean they would charge a $25.00 to $100.00 to present your bid package.

In massachusetts a lot of the state RFP or RFQ's come with a bid fee
