My sister lives in Murrysville PA - It's looking like I'm not going to have time this year to get a rig to PA to handle my family soon enough for them.
About 3000-4000 sq of carpet, maybe another 1000 in tile cleaning and sealing (darker grout so should be a breeze).
Need someone that has a higher end cleaning rig, can do stains, she is probably going to need a few wee wee spots subsurface extracted, and can clean and seal tile.
May need a brother, another sister, and the Mom's homes done as well.
