Mr Happy!
New facility....
Elderly facility that just opened. I did a tour of this place in another thread while back.
I am fortunate to be the cleaner and go to guy for the 2 major facilities they have in town.
The surface around the pool had a lot of construction debris and sheet rock dust in it.
The contracting company brought in a cheap clean up crew from out of town. This is the second call for cleaning up after them at this place.
This is an epoxy floor with rough surface made by BASF.
Some rep told them no spinner tool...ok, hard surface tool was way easy anyway, and the tool of choice I would have picked.
Brush agitation ok and recommended....Check
Used white brushes on the small CRB.
Used some of our Harvard carpet clean chems diluted in half....
They say you can use Simple Green, so looking at the MSDS of simple green....we had no problems using a better cleaner.
Here was the pool the first time I saw it this summer.

And now today...

Did the prespray.
Set the psi for first test at 800 psi, then backed down to 650 psi. Did the trick fine.

Could see a nice difference in person once dry.

About 2100 sq ft for a smooth $850
