Cleaning Cement??

I have a custy that wants 5100 sq. ft. done so that they can put down a clear sealer.
The floor is in an old warehouse, place must be at least 50 years old.

No way will I use an SX12 on this, I was figuring a couple guys a 17" scrubber a multi-surface cleaner and a wet vac or maybe my TM to suck up the water.

Does anyone have experience doing this?

Rent a auto scrubber it will be much more productive.
