You guys are killing yourselves. The easiest way to clean partition walls is to use a Strip Washer. Use a good bonnet cleaning solution like Encap-Punch. Wet the strip washer in a bucket of solution and wring it out. Then wipe the partition. I've cleaned a good number of partitions this way - including the tall floor to ceiling "air walls" that divide large banquet rooms. It's easy, it's low moisture, and it gets the job done.

Wow Rick you are right! Your suggestion was easier and did a great job. I spoke to the customer this am and she said "Looks and smells great".

Three guys did 47 cubical offices in 3 hours. We also were able to wipe all the desk tops clean. The customer also told me she wants to add on another large office building for carpet cleaning and my guess is she will probably add on getting all of the chairs cleaned too. As for coffee stains we ran into a couple but they cleaned up easily as well with some Stain Zone.

Now off to ordering Disney Tickets!

Nice thing is we increased efficiency from 5 to 15 desk units per hour and felt more refreshed when we left. We started the cubicals at 4:30 pm, and had a one hour 15 min commute home and the guys then left to do a large restaurant last night starting at 9:30 pm.

For me.......it was bed time!

AWESOME! Glad to hear that you tried it. I came up with this idea many years ago when a Hilton where we were cleaning carpet wanted us to clean their Air Walls in their banquet rooms. I was considering renting scaffolding to clean the 20' tall walls in their grand ballroom. And then I came up with this idea instead. It was so easy I almost felt guilty charging as much as we did. "Almost" felt guilty. ;)

I'm going to be doing some cubicles next weekend around 150 panels. I'm going to try the strip washer method.. can someone please me what chems they had success with? How many strips would I go thru? And also what steps to take?

Thank you in advance.

I'd try Rick's products since he has already cleaned some with it and had success. I think I'd also get with him as to the dilution he used with the Encap Punch.

Not sure how to navigate around this page from my phone but it wouldn't let me send encapman a message. Does he have a store or something I can call?

Most any Encapsulation Shampoo should work great if mixed strong.
Bring some rubber gloves and some of those stripped uph mits

lots of towels and a vacuum off overly wet areas.

or your TM/ porty.
