The new gekko is an improvement, particularly in the larger quick connects letting you change heads easily. You can get an converter kit that adapts the old heads onto the new wand.

I’ve got a hand held one and a wand grinder.
I’d hate not to have them.

By cleaning you will reveal all the problems that exist. You job doesn't look to bad but looking at the pictures, I would be sure to show the Home Owner the little crack next to the tile.
A close inspection - of the grout lines and chips in the tiles etc. Tile edges not level ....get a tap...if it sounds hollow it has detached from the subfloor. Grout shrinkage is usually caused by acid cleaning products used by house keepers and home owners.
The pre-inspection is really important to make sure their problems do not become your problem.

I like a brush ring on my spinner or a gekko type swivel tool.

My biggest problem is grout perfect.

There’s a guy who was selling the crap out of it.

And it’s all blotchy and makes for a job that’s look not as good as possible.

I would never sell that crap again after seeing so many bad installs.
