The idiots would ask 350-400 if the land wasn't included. The inflated prices of these homes is crazy right now. And people are being stupid enough to pay that kind of money. The only thing I think is half reasonable is they probably sold their previous home for stupid money, allowing them to use that equity to borrow a decent mortgage

Yes. I’m still doing the wheel. I gave a little update in the option thread. This has been a hard month.
The problem was i did a bunch of bull put spreads and lost my ass due to the market drop. Just my luck. No more credit spreads for me. Sticking with the wheel and the PMCC’s.
