I haven't heard of that going on in our area. Just lots of families trying to get out of the northeast.
Lots of good jobs in the area and lower cost of living and lower taxes.
While I'm sure that happens.......especially since I'm from a place invaded by Ohioans and other such yankees
the area seems to have the same issue as far as investors which even if it isn't right in your burb or at levels seen elsewhere it affects cost
