until you get used to mixing in the hf container, mix it in a bucket with hot water and a paint stir stick. put funnel in hf container pour should work fine. I use 1 cup(8ozs/4 scoops) to 1 gallon hot water in a normal hydroforce.

This is what I do.

This stuff is not rocket science. I use to be lazy and just dump the powder straight into the inline and shake but in the end that just makes more work.

Also when mixing in a separate container you'll be able to see if it didn't all dissolve because there will be some powder at the bottom of the bucket.

I use one of my 2 gal multisprayer jugs to mix my powders then I pour in the hydro as needed.

Don't use cobbs though.

That way I can pour in my 40 vol or a deo as needed too.

Waldo;

We mailed you a filter and hose barb for your inline sprayer today.

The small nylon filters don't have enough filter area.

The ONLY way they make $ense (when they draw right) is for one man crew .
otherwise, you're an idiot to stop the wand to pre-spray

Get a splitter at the door and t off to run a solution line to the Hydroforce. I'd spend a little more and buy powered that dissolves easier.

Time is money and if you taking the time to try to get it to hold in solution or cleaning out the filters, you're not saving what you think you're saving. Labor is your bigger expense, not chemicals costs.

We REALLY need an "you're an idiot" button on this board.

Why can't we have one Fred?

PS I have grown tired of explaining the correct job management procedure to you people. So, that is why I have not contributed in this thread.

Louis is correct.

PowerMax has a time-release oxidizer.

By design, it does not dissolve immediately, unless the water is very hot.

Some inline sprayers have a very poor small filter for the chemical feed.

This is the "acorn type" you need to prevent clogging:

We will provide one at no charge to anyone who has ordered PowerMax,

if you ask.

Larry

Thats the screen I have on my Hydro force and the only thing that plugs mine is teflon advanced if I don't strain it out first cottony crap everywhere.

Never had a problem with any powders but I do mix every thing really hot and shake.
