I forwarded the phones last night, all things are in place and life is feeling pretty good right now.

The house I'm building is 23 miles from where I live now.

The carpet cleaner in me wants to start that area up because I've only done limited amount of work there. ugh.

But I know my efforts are better suited doing what I'm doing.

I've been able to finish the my1pro site (it's never finished) and some other things as well.


If I start cleaning in the new area, at least it would be very part time.


I may do it just to satisfy my need to clean. :shock:

problem with those shows was that by the time Maiden got on stage the entire audience was pretty high cause the venue was already filled with smoke

For the most part, yes.

Although I would probably just do the work myself and just pick and choose the jobs, maybe subbing out some.

It's a laid back deal with some safeguards.

It's been working well in Sacramento.

Other areas are so small it's just a small monthly payment.


As a matter of fact, I just recently lowered the price of my Mini Franchises to $100 per month for all new and existing members.

I've also added the option of using your own name...But with my image (website layout etc).




It's also available for just about any home service industry...... Including Plumbing. Hint hint...nudge nudge.

I've ran specials as low as $10...shhh don't tell anyone.

Like anything it comes down to my time. The programs are set up and there are enough people on the Network where I can bring down the price and still get paid.


From the start, I was trying to find a way to bring all the cleaners and other home service pros together in a Network to bring to the customer. A "Google" specific to home services.

Sooo, at first it was somewhat expensive (time, effort) and I had to charge accordingly. Now that I let Google Do most of the work, it's a bit easier and less time consuming.

Plus, once I build the pages and videos once and post them...I only have to update them periodically.

Problem is sometimes the first member listing gets covered a bit.

But you actually have to search for someone on the Network.

I'm working out the bugs to get it to display other services when I don't have a member in that area....But I'm not that good yet. lol


There is an email link if the service isn't listed.... But I think it's too vague.

I'm trying to make the search feature work.

It works fine for when there is a member in that area.... But if I don't have someone there.... Not so much.


But it won't matter to the members because if you're in the area AND someone is searching for you....They'll find you.

The site is a prime example of why it should be farmed out. Spend a few hundred or thousand bucks and make it work right Bri. You want to be a big player, do what big players do not what bdcc'rs do.
