Disgusting nicotine pit I did for MY realtor today.
I really tried to get out of it, the stench was horrid.

I’ve leased a new shop space. The prior tenant was running a ‘commercial laundry service’ out of it, and LIVING IN IT…
She was a HEAVY smoker, and lived there for 5 years. Yup, she smoked inside the space.
To give you a mental picture, the space is 34’ wide, by 65 feet long, W/ 20’ ceiling to the steel truss girders.
The place smells like a bar from the 1970’s…
It’s 500 sqft bigger than my current shop.
With a little over 2200 sqft, I’ve got 3 days worth of smoke wash to do

I'm down to my last two sets of extender Benders and have all kind of tire kickers on them if you can believe that..
But I should have more sets any day now
