They're moving out and want to get it ready for renters..

That would be a nice full day gig with a one to two hour return a day or two later to patch grout.

We clean a Hotel every year. They always want each room and its condtion, spots, stains, itemized on our invoice. Its gets pretty long as well. The price is right though.

That's way more effort than I put into mine. I usually just count off the number of rooms and list then in the notes section. Couple weeks into service monster and I'm liking the change, but wifey is still not convinced it's the holy grail

they asked for all areas to be itemized as they thought they would not be able to afford everything.


Luckily for them they caught wind of our upcoming annual 20%off sale and booked for everything. $2650 ish for a full day and a follow up to fix some grout and silicone.

Stoked to have it in January.
