Quick Books

Gotta remember that this year, Its time, has to be far less stressful than my 12 banana folder jigsaw puzzle : )

Service monster for customer management.
Quickbooks is not a customer management program it is a accounting software.
Need a time system? We use Chronotek for hours.
If you need sales software try salesforce.com

Hello Tom, can you expand on your use of Chronotek as a time clock for your employees.

Why do you use this system over a standard punch in and out time clock in office?

Do you have employees(techs) call in and call out at every job, or just the first and last? From website, this seems how the recording is done.

As has been stated above, I also use Quick Books as my accountancy program.

As an aside, Quick Books (down under) are changing their name, probably doing the same over there.

From their site...........
Reckon Accounts, business and personal finance solutions

Previously known as QuickBooks & Quicken

I also use one of their other programs called Customer Manager.

Yes, I know, it's an Aussie address, just Google it and find your own over there.

I have been using this for a decade or so to track my customers & suppliers.

I'm happy with it.

:yoda:

PS::: Just saw Brent's post.

I don't run any on-line programs, nor do I run "Cloud" programs.

I still get my discs as required from Quicken.

Due to the many hills and valleys around my town, coupled with poor reception, "Cloud" will not work in many areas.
