That Kiwi
Had a red wine clean up today. As soon as I got started, I hit it with Releasit encapclean DS mixed at 1:10.
Let it sit while I set up my spotting machine. Came back 5 later and all the small spots are totally gone and the larger spots just a smudge.
Rinse out, apply a little tannin and coffee remover from Prochem and bamm gone.
What's more NO oxidising or reducing agents like so many are so keen to use. (well maybe a mild sodium metabisulfite solutionin the coffee spotter I think)
What you need to understand is I mainly work with wool and for me, the safest approach taht will deliver the desired results will the action I take everytime!!
If I can get through most stains without pulling out the H202 or reducing agents I will. Doesn't mean I always get results without them, but taht is where I always start.
