I sent out a video to folks who really know upholstery cleaning and received these comments

Looks good, and pretty much what we discussed. I like having the bypass as an option too. If it is at Indianapolis, I'd like to test it with an El Diablo to see if opening the bypass gives enough flow to fire the burner. What size jet?I like it,

I’ve actually been on the hunt for a new tool that I can use on airplane interiors. Right now I’m using the Prochem tool, it can have a lot of over spray if I’m over 300 psi. And because I’ll go from carpet edging to the seats it’s not practical to be running out to turn down pressure. I especially need to be careful doing the pilot seats because of the instruments that are inches away. I personally would be interested in a hose that is twice that long to keep the fittings out of the cabin area where I’m working.

I like the tall head idea I like the idea of the window Very helpful on fabrics I can’t tell you how many times I’ve snagged that trigger and thought I would tear a fabric . Can’t believe people love that thing! Also the 1-1/2 hose is to awkward.

Wow You just changing the industry. I really like the upholstery tool. I like the enclosed spray jet. But should be an option. If course your GG on it. But did I miss the vac release on it? Pmf has that SS hose connector with a vac bypass. I like the higher stance of the tool. Keep your gorilla hands from rubbing it shaking fine weaves. You might consider the overall weight. It could cause carpel tunnel on large upholstered sectionals. You might consider changing the hidda hose to 1 1/4" vac line. I like the glass window idea. As for the bypass on the inlet side. That's an easy addition. Again maybe set up as an option for the low heat tm or portables. I love the vac release on your tile tool. We're you getting requests for it to be added? I thought it worked great without one.

The placement but the head is the first one I've seen there. But it makes sense because you were drilling holes in the headI like itI like the longer bypass dump hose, we had problems with the old Kleeenrite ones being to short, and being so hot it damaged the vacuum hose. A window is almost a necessity to compete with the clear head tools, and makes it less of a guessing game for the technician.

In general I prefer an internal jet tool, but the enclosed spray is a big improvement over the typical external jet configuration.

A beta tool will be in INDY for evaluation

Mike I'm using the latest Mytee tool no over spray and sometime not enough spray but that's ok . Vacuum is great and that's with a portable . Hard to find a perfect tool. I have a few in storage .

What ever happened with the stair tool?
it happened.

Your and Matt's comments were ignored due to realism and practicality , and the fact that extremely intelligent northerners love it as is.

I'll look forward to trying it at Indianapolis

There should be enough to clean there to see how it feels from a weight and trigger pressure point of use, as well as how well the grip insulates when used with a fuel fired unit.

I'll wait till after that event to make the final modifications before going into production...

When we do the walk through, lets find some upholstery in big enough and easy to access area, assign it for HWE cleaning, and we can have as many as possible use the tool for more than just two swipes on a cushion, and then have them fill out a form later with their views.

I think for someone to really give a good review on the tool, they should clean a cushion, and part of the body as well.

I'll want to do that myself, too.

Do you have one you can send to my class in Asheboro next week? 90% of the attendees were volunteers at the last RMHC cleaning. I'll send it back right after the class of course.

What's the difference between an internal jet and your enclosed jet? What size is the jet?
My enclosed yet is not in the vacuum chamber so you can run as little pressure as you'd like

And spray chamber along with its four evacuation holes will take care of all the overspray and unused water commonly associated with cleaning microfiber

Looks like just another stair wand.
In the 20 years plus I've been putting up with you, your observational skills work much to begin with but certainly have not improved with old age.

This one cleans its surrounding edges for and aft better than anything else out there with no streaking no clashing and no over spray or dribble

But it still can't make the process of cleaning stairs suck any less,

Sounds interesting, I'll pay attention to what Jim thinks of it.

Not sure what you have going on the stairs tool but I woukd like to see a swivel connector for vac and solution lines together so I can do risers easier.

Not just easier but keep my hoses from bending 180 degrees. That's my biggest issue.

There are swivel vacuum cups as well as swivel hose crimps

I know but it should be one piece already attached to the wand. I swivel the cuff but it still gets twisted upward stressing everything my arms included.

A swivel like I'm thinking qoukd keep all the hoses laying on the stairs stress free.
