Carpet was filthy. Came out pretty good a week ago. Customer emailed me these photos today. Said she’s vacuumed from all directions and the stripes are still there. I’d appreciate some advice. I have heard clogged jets can do this. Thoughts?

I also have a Bentley, and I honestly can’t remember which one I used for that job. Lately I’ve been using the Bentley more because I seem to recover more water. I don’t want to start a big thing, just explaining why I would like to move to a 14 inch devastator.

I deleted my post asking if you happened to have used a bentley because you posted about using the devestator at the same time................

I’m actually almost positive I used the devastator on that job... I just didn’t want to start a thing. If you go back through my history, you will see I’ve had some issues and I’ve had questions about going to the 2 inch devastator. The mystery lines job had nothing to do with it.

I know, dammit, that’s why I never said anything about a wand in that post. This forum is like the Fox News of carpet cleaning.

I simply like a 2 inch one better, I love the devastator, so I’m wondering if anyone would like to trade their 2 inch for my inch and a half.

I’m not blaming it on anything. My dry times with it are fine, dry times are just better with a 2 inch wind… For me.
