Signed up for one year to help boost our online presence and oh boy here we go.

Seems they took my payments then turned me over to collections.
Now I have to dig up all those past payment records!
Bastards

And they tried to tell me it was an auto renew contract, until I flipped out.

Told the credit company to pound sand!!! I wasnt payin them nothing else. I paid my debts.

Do not use Dex! This is your warning!

Its funny you say that because DEX did the same thing to me years ago when I had them. My payment was automatically deducted on a monthly basis. I wonder if they do this to get more money out of unorganized people?

First I told em I wasnt paying chit! Then explained the LIES and how they added our listing for the Memphis Tn area.
Aint no way I am driving to memphis from the other end of the state.
Then there was the Phone # issue. Oh thats for tracking they says. I toll em BS, my AD my Number folks.

Account Access so we could edit all the crap they listed for us. TOOK 3 months for us to even learn we could so that, and that was after I told my wife to STOP paying the bill.


That got some Attention obviously.

Thanks GCCLee-- I haven't heard about them---Im paying about $1000/yr to YEXT and was wondering if it was them..? not feeling Im getting any value for my $1000 from Yext. buy they say I'm only 26% of what they have to offer me.--

Please lets not change this topic to Yext and keep it about DEX!! Ill stop now.. haha
