The custy actually was there. He run's this Italian club....lot's of bocce and pool leagues....lot's of drinkin' of the red wine....and beer. He commented on what a contrast from the dirty area to the letters. I got more pic's. Wifey has to send them to me.

Hey...hey!!......I made the Mikey Board shirts, too! Mikey still hasn't sent me any left over trail equipment that he tests.

I can't see why the carpet needed cleaning in the first place... Most of my customers would have waited three more months to call me.

Well, These guys waited over 3 years....didn't realize it was SOOO dirty.

I did that with one of my restaurant accounts. Just wrote "Al's" in the dirty carpet. Showed him the picture the next day to show the big difference and try to encourage him to a more frequent cleaning schedule. He was deeply offended, felt I had crossed the line of privacy, and was concerned that I was going to put it on the internet with his companies name. After 20 years I almost lost the account. lesson learned.
