Did a client today that used some kind of spot cleaner so much that she got it all the way into the backing of the carpet. My moister meter was reading it as if there was urine salts in it. But there was not, just spotter residue from excessive spotting that kept causing the whole traffic lanes to re-soil fast!

We had to do tons of pad flushing until water coming out was clear, then a quick steam extraction followed up by ARA agent as well.

I just can't believe what some people do to there expensive carpets. No pets in the home at all. Just tried to spot clean all the traffic areas.

she cost herself $400 doing this when it should have been our $140min

Yeah, leave it to Rug Dr advertising..."Just like a professional" EXCEPT they aren't a professional.

Client a couple years ago tried to clean 2 rooms, spent 4HOURS in each room, flooded the carpet. Took a week to dry it because it was in a highly shaded area, Then I cleaned it and did a better job in 1 hr than she did in 8.
