Yea we can drop as low as 800sq/ft an hour in heavy congested areas. You have to allow for slower production going in and out of cubes, manipulating furnishings.

Halls and wide open areas are where it shines best.

We zip tie the cord so it can't pull out of the connection.

Why do you need to know? Will you treat me better if I say no?

Porkchop zip tie your cord like that before you or your son pulls it lose. If you don't its just a matter of time before it gets stepped on and pulled out.

Yea. He's very active on ebay.

Not that there's anything wrong with it or that it affected the outcome. However, by any chance, were you bidding under the Rico Suave name sake?

Nah, that couldn't have affected him. Anyhow, rumor has it that he spends more time on the other boards.

SHAYNE, sorry for being so slack, had a bit on.

Here's a couple of old pics.

First one shows the ramps in position.

Second one shows how I store them against the side of my van.

I've since changed the Cimex & Sprayborg around & done a few other minor changes.

Hope this helps.

Bugger, Smilies ain't working today. :-(

Tried to edit, but just got an error message, it even popped up as I was typing this.

I swapped the position of the machines because I use the Mex; 95% so took it away from the traffic side of the van, towards the kerb for safety.

Smiley worked this time.

Thanks mate, I like my gas (petrol) Toyota Hi Aces over the diesel.

Comfy van, auto tranny, a/c, power windows, mirrors, steering, all the things you guys got over there.

About 10' long x 5' wide and I can nearly stand up in it but still low enough to get under a 2m garage, 6'

Gotta go, early start.

When I first started using the Cimex,I only had 3' steel ramps.

They were a real bigger to load & unload.

The 6' are great for me.

I can angle park & am still fairly well inside the parking lane as painted on the road, although I always check for oncoming traffic prior to setting a foot on the ramps.

I imagine 7' would make it slightly easier because of the lesser gradient, something that a female operator would find more comfortable with, or a higher floor level.

If you are using the side door, put the ramps on top of the kerb, this way you again lessen the gradient & make it easier to load/unload.

I purchased a very nice folding (suitcase style) 6 foot (folds to 41 inches) aluminum ramp from Discount Ramps . com (sorry. not able to post the link) item # WCMF-6 $219.00 with free shipping.

Here is one of my Cimex machines.. The Ci-Borg, part Cimex and SprayBorg Has both original gravity feed solution and dual spray jets from 60 psi pump.

I have a Cimex, love my Cimex, but, if I were to get another high speed VLM machine it would be a Grumpy.
