So I've been working with a local independent water restoration company in Houston for several years. We experience a decline in claims towards the end of 2016 going up until Harvey hit; after that we were getting 30 water damage jobs a month, all from third-party preferred vendor programs. However, as soon as 2018 hit the number of claims has dropped to almost zero, despite being a top-ranked vendor by all the various metrics the TPVs measure. We can't figure out what has happened; is there anyone else in south Texas going through this? Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks!

The Third Party quit calling? Sounds like they found someone cheaper. ???

Have you called them with that data?

It's not like claims quit happening, my bet is they found a new vendor they are feeding the work to.

Personally I don't believe they give a flip about quality, insured satisfaction. They only care to show how much they saved the insurance providers. They have to, it validates their existence. Fookem!
